The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the e-gift card code, and CY.SEND is not liable for lost or stolen e-gift cards. Additionally, CY.SEND is not responsible for errors made in entering beneficiary information, so please double-check all details before finalizing the transaction. e-Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Once redeemed, e-gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and should be treated like cash. e-Gift cards are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase, and any unused balance may expire unless required otherwise by law. Use of e-gift cards is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing entity, which can be reviewed on their website. CY.SEND reserves the right to cancel or suspend e-gift cards if misuse or fraud is suspected and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of e-gift cards. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the e-gift card is issued, and CY.SEND may update these terms at any time, with the latest version available on our website.
