1. Program Overview
1.1 Introduction
Welcome to the CY.SEND Cashback Club (the "Program"), a tiered loyalty program designed to reward our valued customers with SND loyalty points. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By participating, you agree to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time.

1.2 Program Description
The Program allows eligible CY.SEND customers to earn SND loyalty points as cashback rewards on qualifying purchases made through the CY.SEND platform. The Program operates on a two-tier system: Standard (free) and Premium (paid subscription). Premium members earn significantly enhanced rewards compared to Standard users.

2.1 Subscription Pricing
Monthly Subscription: €19.99 per month, billed monthly
Annual Subscription: €199.99 per year, billed annually (equivalent to approximately €16.67 per month, providing two months free compared to monthly billing)
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
2.2 Subscription Management
Premium membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the member prior to the renewal date. Members may upgrade from Standard to Premium membership at any time. Members may downgrade from Premium to Standard membership, effective at the end of the current billing period.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Program, you must:
- Hold an active and verified CY.SEND account in good standing
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Reside in a country where the Program is offered
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3.2 Enrollment Process
Standard Membership: Enrollment in Standard membership is automatic for all eligible CY.SEND account holders. No separate registration or payment is required.
Premium Membership: To enroll in Premium membership, you must complete the subscription process and provide valid payment information. Your Premium membership begins immediately upon successful payment processing.
4. SND Loyalty Points
4.1 What are SND Points?
SND loyalty points ("SND Points" or "SND") are CY.SEND's exclusive digital loyalty currency. SND Points serve as your personal reward wallet, providing direct purchasing power for products and services available in the CY.SEND catalog.

This conversion rate is used for calculating cashback rewards
4.2 SND Points Characteristics
- Platform Exclusive: SND Points work only within the CY.SEND ecosystem and cannot be used outside the platform
- Non-Transferable: SND Points cannot be transferred between user accounts
- Secure: SND Points are stored securely in your CY.SEND account
- Real Value: SND Points have direct purchasing power for rewards in the CY.SEND catalog
- Global Access: SND Points can be redeemed for products available across 250+ countries
Important: SND Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn to a bank account, or converted to any other currency. SND Points can only be used to purchase products and services available through the CY.SEND platform.
5. Earning SND Points
5.1 Qualifying Purchases
SND Points are earned as cashback rewards on qualifying purchases made through the CY.SEND platform. Qualifying purchases include:
- Purchase of digital products (gift cards, mobile top-ups, vouchers, etc.)
- Purchase of CY.SEND gift cards
- Other designated products and services clearly marked with cashback offers
5.2 Cashback Rates
Cashback rates vary by product and are determined by CY.SEND based on the wholesale cost structure of each product. The applicable cashback rate will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Standard Members: Receive the base cashback rate for each product.
Premium Members: Receive 10X the base cashback rate for each product.
Example: If a product offers a base cashback rate that would yield 500 SND Points for a Standard member, a Premium member would earn 5,000 SND Points for the same purchase.
5.3 Excluded Transactions
The following transactions do not qualify for SND Points earnings:
- Purchases made using existing SND Points balances
- Service fees, taxes, and other non-product charges
- Refunded or cancelled transactions
- Purchases of certain promotional items or products from excluded categories
- Transactions identified as fraudulent or abusive
5.4 Crediting of SND Points
SND Points will be credited to your CY.SEND account within 24 hours of a successful and completed transaction. You can view your SND Points balance in your account dashboard at any time.
6. Redeeming SND Points
6.1 Redemption Options
Your accumulated SND Points balance can be used to purchase any product available in the CY.SEND catalog. The catalog includes thousands of digital rewards across multiple categories including shopping, travel, mobile communication, food, gaming, entertainment, and more.
6.2 Redemption Process
To redeem your SND Points, select your SND Points balance as a payment method during checkout. If your SND Points balance is insufficient to cover the full purchase amount, you may pay the remaining balance with another accepted payment method.
6.3 Minimum Redemption
There is no minimum SND Points balance required for redemption. You can use any available SND Points amount towards a purchase, subject to the minimum purchase requirements of specific products.
6.4 Instant Delivery
Rewards purchased with SND Points are delivered instantly through the CY.SEND platform. Delivery times may vary based on the specific product and any third-party provider requirements.
7. SND Points Expiration and Forfeiture
7.1 Expiration Policy - Standard Members
For Standard (free) members, your entire SND Points balance will expire if your CY.SEND account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months. We will send automated email notifications at 90, 30, and 7 days prior to expiration to remind you to perform a qualifying activity.
7.2 Qualifying Activity Definition
Account inactivity is defined as the absence of any "Qualifying Activity." A Qualifying Activity is any of the following actions performed on your CY.SEND account:
- Earning SND: Completing a purchase of any product that earns SND Points.
- Redeeming SND: Using your SND Points balance to purchase any product from the CY.SEND catalogue.
- Purchasing a Subscription: Buying or renewing a Premium Membership subscription.
- Receiving a Credit: Receiving a manual SND credit from customer support for a failed delivery or other issue.
Performing any single Qualifying Activity will reset your 24-month inactivity clock.
7.3 Expiration Policy - Premium Members
For Premium (paid) members, SND Points do not expire while the Premium membership subscription remains active. If a Premium membership is cancelled or expires, SND Points earned during the Premium membership period will remain valid for an additional two years from the date of membership termination.
7.4 Forfeiture of SND Points
SND Points may be forfeited under the following circumstances:
- If your CY.SEND account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason
- If we suspect or confirm fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms
- If a qualifying purchase that generated SND Points is refunded, reversed, or charged back
- If required by applicable law or regulatory authority
- Upon expiration in accordance with sections 7.1 or 7.3
8. Subscription Terms
8.1 Payment Authorization
By enrolling in Premium membership, you authorize CY.SEND to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
8.2 Automatic Renewal
Premium membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate for your selected billing cycle.
8.3 Price Changes
CY.SEND reserves the right to change Premium membership subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at your next renewal date.
8.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium membership subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Premium membership benefits until the end of the paid period.
8.5 Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of initial purchase and have not earned or redeemed significant SND Points, you may be eligible for a prorated refund at CY.SEND's discretion, subject to applicable law.
9. Program Modifications
9.1 Right to Modify
CY.SEND reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. This includes the right to change cashback rates and SND Points earning structures, add or remove qualifying products and categories, change SND Points conversion rates, modify expiration policies, and alter redemption options and procedures.
9.2 Notification of Material Changes
In the event of a material change to the Program that adversely affects members, we will provide reasonable notice through your CY.SEND account, email, or by posting the updated Terms on our website.
9.3 Program Termination
If the Program is terminated entirely, you will be given a reasonable period (minimum 90 days) to redeem your remaining SND Points balance, after which any unredeemed balance will be forfeited. Premium membership subscribers will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of their subscription period.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activities
10.1 Zero-Tolerance Policy
CY.SEND maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud, payment abuse, and any attempts to circumvent our security protocols. We reserve the absolute right to investigate, suspend, or terminate any account suspected of engaging in such activities.
10.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all SND Points:
- Use of Stolen or Unauthorized Payment Methods: Using any credit card, bank account, or other payment method that you are not lawfully authorized to use to purchase products or pay for a Premium membership.
- Payment Method Testing (Carding): Using our platform to test the validity of multiple credit cards or other payment methods.
- Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent or excessive chargebacks with your payment provider after receiving digital products or SND Points.
- Multiple Account Abuse: Creating or controlling multiple accounts to bypass account limitations, abuse promotional offers, or accumulate SND Points in a fraudulent manner.
- System Manipulation: Exploiting system vulnerabilities or loopholes to generate unearned SND Points.
10.3 Consequences of Breach
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these terms or engaged in any prohibited activity:
- Immediate Account Termination: Your account, and any linked accounts, will be permanently terminated without notice.
- Forfeiture of All SND Points: You will forfeit any and all accumulated SND loyalty points. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
- Reporting to Authorities: We may report the activity to law enforcement, financial institutions, and other relevant third parties.
11. General Terms
11.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CY.TALK SWITZERLAND S.A. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to errors in SND Points calculation, system failures, changes to the Program, or expiration of SND Points.
11.2 Fraud and Abuse
Any fraudulent activity, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the Program will result in immediate forfeiture of your SND Points balance and may lead to the suspension or termination of your CY.SEND account. We reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
11.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
