1.2 Role as Reseller
CY.SEND acts as an authorized reseller of digital products issued by third-party brands and merchants ("Product Issuers"). CY.SEND is not the issuer of these products and does not control their terms, conditions, or validity. Each product is subject to the terms and conditions set by its respective Product Issuer.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the CY.SEND platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
6.4 EU Alternative Dispute Resolution
For customers in the European Union, you may also seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available in your country of residence. Please note that CY.SEND is not obligated to participate in ADR proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.

7.1 Website Hosting
The CY.SEND website and platform are hosted on secure servers with industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions.
7.2 Availability
We strive to maintain the availability of our platform on a best-efforts basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance as needed.
