These terms are available on the Gift Card Issuer's website and govern the use, redemption, and restrictions of the e-gift card. CY.SEND is not responsible for changes to these terms.
2. Validity Period: E-gift cards are valid for the period determined by the Gift Card Issuer at the time of purchase. Any unused balance may expire after this period. CY.SEND does not control or extend validity periods.
3. Fraud Prevention: The Gift Card Issuer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or deactivate e-gift cards if misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected. CY.SEND is not responsible for any such actions taken by the Gift Card Issuer.
4. Customer Support for Gift Card Issues: For any issues related to the use or redemption of an e-gift card within the Gift Card Issuer's ecosystem, customers must contact the Gift Card Issuer's customer support directly. As a reseller, CY.SEND does not have access to the Gift Card Issuer's systems and cannot assist with such matters.
5. All Sales Final: All sales are final. E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
6. Accuracy of Information: CY.SEND is not responsible for errors made when entering beneficiary information. Please verify all details before completing your transaction.
7. Safekeeping: The recipient is solely responsible for the safekeeping of the e-gift card code. CY.SEND is not liable for lost, stolen, or compromised e-gift cards.
8. Limitation of Liability: CY.SEND is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use e-gift cards, including issues arising from the Gift Card Issuer's policies or actions.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The terms of each e-gift card are governed by the laws applicable to the respective Gift Card Issuer.
10. Amendments: CY.SEND may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
