Why can’t I register?

There can be a few reasons why you cannot register on your email is not valid or you already have an account. If you are already a member, login to your account or retrieve your password.

How can I verify my mobile number with Telegram?

To verify your mobile phone number with Telegram, you first need to register via Telegram.
After you register, login to your Telegram account in web-interface or application on the device which is linked to your phone number.
Login to your account and go to Profile, go to "Mobile phone number" and click on "Edit".
Enter your password.
Press the button "Verify with Telegram" and follow the instruction on the screen.

Why should I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for my profile?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) - also known as two-step verification or multifactor authentication - is used to add a layer of security to your account. When you will login to your account you will be asked to enter your password and then receive a code via text on your phone that you then need to enter.

How to set up a two-factor authentication for your account?

- Login to your account OR create an account on
- go to Your profile
- click "Set up"
- enter your password and click "Next"
- download Twilio Authy 2-Factor Authentification app from Play store or Apple Store
or Google Authenticator app from Play store or Apple Store
- open Twilio Authy 2-Factor Authentification app on your smartphone
- scan the QR code on using the app or type the Secret key in Twilio Authy 2-Factor Authentification app
- type the security code on that you see in the application
- press "Next"

How to login to account using two-factor authentication?

- Go to Sign in page
- type your email address, press "Sign in"
- type your password, press "Sign in"
- open Google Authenticator app on your smartphone
- enter your 6 digits security code from your Google Authenticator app
- press "Sign in"

I lost my password, what to do?

Click on Forgot password?
Alternatively, you can get a temporary sign-in code and change the password later.

For how long is my account valid?

Your account is valid 180 (one hundred and eighty) days since the last top up sent. After this delay your order history, stats and contact book will be lost forever.

How can I unsubscribe from CY.SEND email notifications?

You can unsubscribe from newsletters about mobile operators deals and offers, new CY.SEND products and services.
Alternatively, you can opt out from CY.SEND newsletters from your Profile. The notifications regarding your account activity will be still active.

How can I close my CY.SEND account?

In order to Delete your Account, you can do so from your profile page.
Once your Account is deleted, it will first be deactivated for 14 days. If you log in during that period you will have the choice to reactivate your account. If the 14 days deactivation period finishes, the account cannot be reactivated and will not be accessible.
It might take us up to 90 days to completely delete your account.
