Why can’t I register?

There can be a few reasons why you cannot register on your email is not valid or you already have an account.

If you are already a member, login to your account or retrieve your password.

1. If you are a new member, register an account.

2. Fill out your profile information and press "Next".

3. Open your email inbox and copy the 6-digit code from the email, received from CY.SEND.

4. Enter the code on the page and press "Next".

5. After email has been verified you will be redirected to "Mobile phone number verification" page.

6. Add your mobile phone number.

7. Click on "Verify with SMS" to start your mobile phone verification.

8. On the next page enter 6-digit code from SMS, press "Next".

9. Congratulations! Your account was created! Sign in and shop now!

Why can’t I login?

There can be a few reasons why you cannot login to your account: your email address is not verified yet, your account is no more valid, the email or password you are trying to insert is not correct, you forgot your password, etc.

We have improved the design of our website to make it more convenient for our customers. Hence, it does not support sign in with social networks any more.

If your CY.SEND account was created with one of your Social network accounts (Facebook, Gmail, Amazon, or Twitter), follow the steps to sign in:

1. Go to Sign in page.
2. Enter email address of the Social network account used to register for CY.SEND and click "Sign in".
3. Check your inbox and find the email with subject: "Create password" from CY.SEND.
If you do not find our email in your Inbox folder, check your Junk or Spam folder and all other folders.
4. Click "Create password".
5. On the next page enter new password for your CY.SEND account and click "Save".
We strongly recommend you to use strong passwords that contain mixed characters, digits and special signs.
6. Sign in using the email and your new password.

Note: If you are not sure which email was used, we will be happy to set up your account for you.

Please send us:

- Your first name and last name
- Your mobile phone number
- Email addresses you think could be used for registration
- Any other information that could be helpful to identify your account.

I need help to verify my email address

If you experience difficulties to verify the email address during registration, the possible reasons can be: the entered email is not valid or incorrect, or the email notification from CY.SEND reached by mistake your Junk folder.
Add to your email safe sender list, before the emails reach by mistake your junk email folder.

To complete the verification of email address follow the steps:
1. Go to Sign in page.
2. Type your email address.
Make sure that you typed it manually, and it contains only Latin characters, digits from 0 to 9, no spaces before or after. Do not copy paste email address.
Press "Sign in".
3. Enter your password.
4. If you registered less than 3 hours ago, check your inbox and enter the code from email you received from CY.SEND.
5. If you registered more than 3 hours ago, press "receive new email with code" and enter the code from the email.

I can’t verify my mobile number

When you enter the mobile phone number for verification, make sure you have typed it following the international format: +country code-area code-number.

How to fix issues receiving SMS on your smartphone:

1. Your phone is switched off. Solution: Turn on the phone
2. There is no signal. Your number might be on Do Not Disturb mode or flight mode. Solution: Disable Do not disturb mode or flight mode.
3. Your phone balance is insufficient to receive/send SMS. Solution: Check your plan or credit balance to see that you have enough to send/receive messages.
4. Your carrier does not support SMS messaging. Solution: Make sure your carrier supports SMS messaging.
5. The phone settings "receive SMS messages" was turned off. Solution: Turn on the setting "receive SMS messages".
6. The sender number can be in blocklist. Solution: check the Blocklist and remove CY.SEND from it.
7. Phone does not work. Solution: Install the SIM card you are using into another working phone. If the issue persists, contact your carrier for assistance.
8. Third-party SMS messaging apps may have compatibility issues. Solution: If you are using a third-party messaging app, open Settings, search for and access Default apps, and set Messaging to Default.

Why should I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for my profile?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) - also known as two-step verification or multifactor authentication - is used to add a layer of security to your account. When you will login to your account you will be asked to enter your password and then receive a code via text on your phone that you then need to enter.

How to set up a two-factor authentication for your account?

- Login to your account OR create an account on
- go to Your profile
- click "Set up"
- enter your password and click "Next"
- download Twilio Authy 2-Factor Authentication app from Play store or Apple Store
or Google Authenticator app from Play store or Apple Store
- open Twilio Authy 2-Factor Authentication app on your smartphone
- scan the QR code on using the app or type the Secret key in Twilio Authy 2-Factor Authentication app
- type the security code on that you see in the application
- press "Next"

How to login to account using two-factor authentication?

- Go to Sign in page
- type your email address, press "Sign in"
- type your password, press "Sign in"
- open Google Authenticator app on your smartphone
- enter your 6 digits security code from your Google Authenticator app
- press "Sign in"

I lost my password, what to do?

Click on Forgot password?
Alternatively, you can get a temporary sign-in code and change the password later.

For how long is my account valid?

Your account is valid 180 (one hundred and eighty) days since the last top up sent. After this delay your order history, stats and contact book will be lost forever.

What is my CY.SEND balance?

CY.SEND balance is a payment method that you can use to purchase any of 28'435 products in 251 countries & territories on
To find your CY.SEND balance, log in to your CY.SEND account. The balance will be shown in the top right corner of the page near “Balance”.

How do I add funds to my CY.SEND balance?

To load your CY.SEND balance on, follow the steps below:
- login to your account OR create an account on
Your CY.SEND balance is displayed in the top right corner of the page.
- select menu “Load balance”
- select payment method you want
- select amount to load
- press “Buy now”
The amount will be added to your CY.SEND balance. You can then use your CY.SEND balance as a payment method to pay for your purchases.

How to use my CY.SEND balance?

How to purchase one of 28'435 products on using your CY.SEND Balance.
Follow the steps below:
- login to your account
Your CY.SEND balance is displayed in the top right corner of the page.
- select country or territory, category and product
- type a beneficiary account or mobile phone number to top up
- press "Next"
- select top up amount
- select CY.SEND balance as payment method during checkout
Note: if CY.SEND balance doesn't cover the total order charge, you can select an additional payment method to pay the difference.
- press "Next"
- press "Buy now".

Why is my account limited to one country?

This product is limited by the issuer. You should create another separate account to buy from our full catalogue.

How can I unsubscribe from CY.SEND email notifications?

You can unsubscribe from newsletters about mobile operators deals and offers, new CY.SEND products and services.
Alternatively, you can opt out from CY.SEND newsletters from your Profile. The notifications regarding your account activity will be still active.

How can I close my CY.SEND account?

In order to Delete your Account, you can do so from your profile page.
Once your Account is deleted, it will first be deactivated for 14 days. If you log in during that period you will have the choice to reactivate your account. If the 14 days deactivation period finishes, the account cannot be reactivated and will not be accessible.
It might take us up to 90 days to completely delete your account.
